This post is to showcase our past events and give readers an understanding of the community that we create.
We launched with a Body Combat and Body Balance session followed with a meditation- this was led by Mae. Women were empowered, energized and in need of a cup of tea and biccy by the end! We collaborated with Katie Louise Vocals to welcome our girls to Hysteria Wellness!
We then held our Dream picnic mood board evening, this was to set intentions and visualisations for 2026 together
Our Galentine's floristry workshop was full of love, self-love and creativity, led by Bev's Bouquet's and blooms.
Our Collaboration with Sacred Soul Echoes was a gorgeous ambient sound bath on International Women's Day (Amey even had a go!)
Our Mental Health talk led by Dr Aysha Naz was held at Topline Studio in Stafford, we discussed pressures, allyship and support for one another.
Our Book Swap and Journalling session in collaboration with That Little Bookshop was a perfect cosy evening.
Our 1-day Forest Bathing retreat was in collaboration with Sweetmore Meadow, this involved nature activities, afternoon tea and education on Shirin-Yoku.
We now have a regular home at Far Coley Farm and can't wait to welcome more Women to join us!
